Once your booking has been accepted and confirmed by our team, your driver will be allocated and your booking details will be issued to them well in advance, allowing them to check the collection address, route etc. You will then be provided with the driver’s vehicle and contact details. 

Our drivers will always arrive slightly earlier than your booking time so you can be confident that they are there for you when you are ready to depart.

The Voyager UK fleet are all modern vehicles, fully serviced within the manufacturers guidelines and any unexpected issues found during daily vehicle checks are rectified immediately. 

Every vehicle has to be licensed by Northampton Borough Council with MOT and safety testing being carried out every 6 months.

Every Voyager UK driver is allocated your booking in good time for them to check all the details, check any traffic issues on the day or to monitor flight delays or early flight arrivals. 

If your driver discovers a traffic queue during your journey, they will plan accordingly and divert where they can, keeping to the original time schedule as much as possible.
