Time To Book Your Airport Transfer, Cruise Transfer and Business Travel!

October and November will bring many changes within the travel industry in the hope to get the world moving again. 

 

From October 1st Furlough will end and this could see the collapse of some smaller travel companies and chauffeur services but We hope this will not be the case and that everyone will manage to survive as things improve. 

 

From October 4th if you are fully vaccinated, you will no longer need a pre-departure test before arrival in England from a non red country. 

Later in October the Government will be replacing the day 2 PCR test with a cheaper day 2 Lateral Flow test. 

 

From October 4th the Red, Amber and Green travel lists will be replaced with a simple Red list making it easier to identify which countries are safer (and easier) for you to travel to. 

 

From ‘Early’ November (exact date still to be confirmed) UK travellers will once again be permitted to visit the USA and this is a huge step in reopening global travel. 

 

We are pleased to now be seeing an increase in enquires and bookings from new clients and from current clients who have not travelled for many months during the pandemic but now feel more confident to start flying again. 

 

Let’s hope that these new changes continue to assist travel heading in the right direction and that we never need to return to where we have been since early 2020!
