Terms & Conditions
* Smoking and the consumption of hot food or drink is not permitted in any vehicle.
* When lead times are given, Voyager UK cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by accidents, breakdown, traffic congestion or any other situation beyond our control.
* All prices exclude congestion charge, parking, waiting time and tolls where applicable unless otherwise stated.
* Damage or soilage to any vehicle caused by a passenger will be charged at the appropriate rate.
* Flight arrivals are regularly monitored but should waiting time be incurred then charges will be applicable.
* If a vehicle is to arrive at a destination where a booking has not been cancelled by the customer then full payment of the fare is due.
* Payment can be made by cash, personal or business cheque (funds to be cleared 48 hours prior to the booking date) bank transfer or by major credit/debit card in advance (7% surcharge applies). Corporate accounts are welcome, subject to terms and conditions.
* Voyager UK accepts no liability for loss, damage or theft to luggage, property or personal effects carried in the vehicles.
* Quotations are valid for 30 days.
